I have just finished reading this book: Essentialism, written by Greg McKeown.

I had been given this book by my brother a while ago – he recommended to read it. It took me a while to get to it – but once I did I read it within the last few days (and nights). I found it really inspiring and helpful – and already started implementing some of the ideas to my life (after just finishing reading it, can you imagine?)

I strongly recommend you to read this book.

Why? Just let me ask you this:

  • Do you feel like you are too busy to do anything?
  • Do you ‘spent’ a lot of time in the past or the future, but forget to ‘just be’ in the moment?
  • Do you feel like you are so tied up with many things that you don’t know any more what is important?
  • Do you even know what is important to you in your life?

If you answered ‘Yes’ to one of this questions it is time to read this book. But NOW.

This will definitely be the starting point to simplifying your life – to find out what is important to you. Important in this particular moment. Not tomorrow, or next month, or next year. But now, in the present moment.

Be happy. Here and now
