If only I were younger

If only I were richer

If only I had this or that

If only I had tried this/that

If only I were thinner.

If only I were healthy.

If only I had more time.

This ‘If only..’ thing is a culprit in out path for achieving happiness.

We forget how to live.

We forget to appreciate what we already have.

At this moment.

At this exact moment.

We must BE.

When we start noticing what we have and how great we feel with it – that is where the happiness begins.

Once we master the art of being, we open the door to a lifetime of happiness.
