We all fall into the trap of complaining about our lives. The focus is shifted toward what we lack, what we don’t have what we cannot afford, what we cannot achieve (but others do). We constantly compare to others – without thinking, if it actually is what we need.
Look around you; appreciate what you have now, what you have achieved so far. Look at your life in the past and today? I’m sure you have accomplished fantastic things in your life – but you have just forgotten about them. You simply need a reminder!
And remember this: No matter how your life looks today, at this particular moment good or bad – there really is a lot of things, and people, you can be thankful for.
Never forget that!
