How much control over your life do you have at the moment?
Don’t answer. I know what you are going to say.
But I am here to tell you that you have more control than you think. You are the master of your life, and a lot, I mean A LOT, depends on you. YOU only.
You have control over three things in your life – the thoughts you think, the images you visualize, and the actions you take (your behaviour). How you use these three things determines everything you experience. If you don’t like what you are producing and experiencing, you have to change your responses. Change your negative thoughts to positive ones. Change what you daydream about. Change your habits. Change what you read. Change your friends, change how you talk.*)
It is that simple.
Simple, and hard at the same time.
You know you have to take responsibility for your life, but, if you have never done that before, it seems like an impossible task. But start today – think about what ac small, a tiny thing in your life feel s out of control. And then say: ‘I am responsible to make it right’.
