It was Monday.

And I felt like I lost a direction in life. Lost my purpose. Additionally I felt overwhelmed with everything (no details necessary here).

Do you have days like this? I’m sure you do.

What do you do in such moments?

For me the cure was…swimming. I think swimming is a wonderful way to relax (if you like swimming I mean). I went into the water and made 50 straight lengths. this cleared my head (literally). after my session i had a new perspective and outlook for my life. my goals fell in place and I had a purpose in life again.
