Today was a strange day.

I felt like doing nothing all day, and I succeeded.

And now it is evening and I don’t feel like exercising (I skipped my morning workout).

One of my favourite quotes is: Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment.

My goals is to get fit and lose weight. So the timer is set – I am getting out to do some aerobic as soon as this is published.
